Diet salads for a weight loss

Here is a selection of easy-to-make, energy-packed salads that can quickly replace a meal and help you lose weight.
Moong sprouts salad
Ingredients:

1 cup - Whole moog sprouts
1/4 cup - chopped onion
1/4 cup - chopped tomato
1/4 cup - grated carrot
1/4 cup - grated radish
Lemon juice, from a lemon
1/2 tsp - chaat masala
1-2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Salt & pepper, as needed
2 tbsp - sev (optional)
Method:

1. Just toss everything in a bowl. Enjoy immediately. Add salt carefully as chat masala already has salt in it. Such easy salad right?
Carrot orange salad
Ingredients:

Carrots- 2 large
Orange - 1
Papaya - 1 small
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Garlic - 1 pod
White pepper - for taste
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - a pinch
Salt - for taste
Method:
Cut the carrots into ribbons using a peeler down the length of the carrot.
Do the same with the papaya too.
Peel the oranges and remove the thin skin.
Mix all the three together.
Take two tsp of olive oil in a pan and add one pod of crushes garlic to it.
Fry for just two mins and remove the garlic from the oil.
Now add the oil to the salad and toss it.
Add herbs, salt, sugar, lemon extract and white pepper to it and toss again.
Let this marinate for around 15 mins and then serve.
The perfect orange salad is ready to eat.
All fruit salad
Ingredients:

4 bananas
1 apple
100 gms. seedless grapes
1/2 cup broken nuts
A pinch of pepper
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Method
1. Peel and slice the bananas.
2. Dice the apples.
3. Halve the grapes.
4. Beat the cream well with a fork.
5. Place the fruits in a bowl, add nuts, beaten cream, salt and pepper and mix well.
6. Chill before serving.
Oil-free vegetable salad
Ingredients:
1/2 bunch - spinach
250 g - cabbage
1 small cup - boiled corns
1 small cup - mint leaves
2 - carrot
2 - radish (only white part)
1 - beetroot
1/2 bunch - coriander
lime juice
chat masala
salt as per taste
Method
1. Grate the beetroot, moli, and carrot.
2. Chop cabbage, spinach, mint leaves & coriander.
3. Add boiled corns in to it.
For Dressing:
1. Add lime juice + chat masala + salt.
2. Can be served plain or with curd (low fat)
