1.     Do not try to rub the wart with any household article like utensil. Use separate towels and do not mix your clothes
2.     Do not try to cut or puncture the wart with any sharp objects or try to burn it. Do not use duct tapes or wrap in rubber bands as is commonly believed.

How does Homeopathy remove warts?
Homeopathy not only wipes out warts but also addresses the internal cause, the root which makes the patient susceptible to it. Therefore homeopathic treatment  not only looks at the pathological condition but focuses on the patient’s emotional and mental aspects too. So it considers a hierarchy of symptoms and the mind-body connect which is termed as miasmatic tendency is often taken into account in the treatment process. The homeopath selects a remedy that strengthens the patients immunity and removes the susceptibility to viral infection.
People who undergo homeopathic treatment to remove warts also find additional benefits like better sleep, renewed energy, and disappearance of other associated symptoms.
The tincture of Thuja Occidentalis has long been used in Homeopathy, for it contains volatile oil with about 60% thujone, falvonoids, wax, mucilage and tannin which have specific anti-bacterial and anti viral actions.
Thuja Occidentalis is also used for related skin growths like condylomata, excrescences etc.  “I’ve done a lot of research on thuja and found this ……a very good product at a very good price. Skin tags? Warts? This could help. Applied 3x a day and covered with a band-aid, you could be free of these annoying skin thingys” says one customer in his review.
Another customer feedback goes like this “My mother-in-law used it for a wart on the inside of her nose and noticed the wart shrinking after about 4 weeks….Bottom line: Go for the herbs before you reach for the drugs. They take longer to work, but the results can be great and your body will thank you for it. Besides, this Thuja is not expensive. Why not give it a try? Read the label, educate yourself, then decide”

Home Remedies for Arthritis

Weight loss
The best remedy—maintaining a healthy weight, and losing weight if necessary—is not the easiest.
Still, every pound you pare off means 4 pounds less pressure on your knees, says Laura Robbins, senior vice president of education and academic affairs at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
Some people will see their symptoms disappear if they lose 10 to 20 pounds, says Roy Altman, MD, a rheumatologist and professor of medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Exercise programs should include both aerobic exercise—like walking, swimming, or biking—and strengthening exercises, such as isometric and isotonic exercises, Dr. Altman says.

Yellow and Orange Fruits and Vegetables Fight Arthritis
The carotenoids in yellow and orange fruits and vegetables pack a powerful punch when it comes to health benefits. In this case, vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and tomatoes help to naturally reduce arthritis inflammation when added to your diet.

Olive Oil Remedy for Joint Pain
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) has similar anti-inflammatory properties as ibuprofen, but doesn’t act as quickly. Oleocanthal, a compound found in olive oil, inhibits COX enzymes similar to ibuprofen.
The benefit of olive oil is that steady dosage over a longer term will have a more reliable effect.
Adding olive oil to your cooking or food will help not only with joint pain but also work to balance your cholesterol and other health benefits.
Procedure:
Olive oil can be used as a massage oil for your hands and fingers.
Add a few drops of lavender oil to two to four tablespoons of warm olive oil and massage the affected area with gentle strokes to alleviate discomfort and inflammation.
You can also use olive oil for cooking food to help reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis.
 Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Thus, it is useful in relieving joint pain. Moreover, it helps remove the buildup of toxins in the joints and connective tissues.
Procedure:
Take a cup of warm water.
Mix one teaspoon each of apple cider vinegar and honey in it.
Drink this solution daily in the morning as it gives an alkalizing effect.

Ginger
Another common ingredient that can help treat arthritis is ginger, which has natural anti-inflammatory properties.
It inhibits cytokines that are pro-inflammatory substance. It also fights against free radicals and prevents oxidative damage.
Procedure:
Dry grind a mixture of 6 teaspoons of dried ginger, 6 teaspoons of caraway seed powder and 3 teaspoons of black pepper powder.
Take half a teaspoon of this mixture along with water, thrice daily.
Ginger oil, when applied on the affected area on a regular basis, can reduce pain, inflammation and stiffness.
Eating raw ginger on a regular basis can help to alleviate pain by improving blood circulation. Simply peel and slice fresh ginger and eat it along with each meal.
Ginger Tea
Gingerol present in the ginger is anti-inflammatory and reduces t-cells and immune -cell action.
Procedure:
Grate a piece of ginger and add it to boiling water.
Steep it for 15 minutes.
Strain and drink the tea 2 times a day.
You may also eat stir-fried or fresh pickle of ginger.
You may also apply ginger oil to the affected joint and massage for a few minutes to reduce the pain.
Turmeric and Ginger
Procedure:
Take one finger of fresh ginger. Wash, peel, and crush to a paste.
Boil 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder in 2 cups of water.
Add the ginger paste as well. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and add one teaspoon of pure, organic honey.
Drink this mixture while it is hot.
Turmeric
Curcumin present in the turmeric is and anti-arthritic an anti-inflammatory. It blocks the enzymes that are responsible for causing inflammation. It is a good substitute to NSAIDs given by your physician to relieve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
Procedure:
Take a cup of water and boil it. Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder to it and again boil for about 15 minutes. Cool it and drink it times a day.
NOTE:
The High dose of turmeric may thin your blood and can also upset your stomach so consult your doctor before having it.
Massage with Coconut Oil
Procedure:
Take 3 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil.
Heat it gently and add some camphor.
Apply the camphor oil on the painful areas.
Massage the areas gently with a rotating motion.
Repeat process whenever required.
Massage with mustard oil
Massaging with mustard oil is considered excellent for getting rid of arthritis pain and inflammation. The oil works as a natural ointment and stimulates blood flow.
Procedure:
Heat some mustard oil until it is slightly warm.
If there is swelling, you can mix an equal amount of onion juice, too.
Rub it gently over the painful joint.
Then cover the joint with plastic wrap and apply warm towels.
Repeat this remedy daily before going to bed for best results.
You can also use a small amount of eucalyptus oil (helps with inflammation).
Or, mix wintergreen oil and eucalyptus oil together and rub it on the joint.
For this remedy, you do not need to apply hot compresses.
Tea Tree Oil And Olive Oil Massage
This is an ancient remedy to treat joint pains. It is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
Procedure:
Take equal quantities of tea tree oil and olive oil.
Mix it properly and apply to your joint.
Massage gently before going to the bed.
Fish Oil
Fish oil is rich in omega-3fatty acid, which reduces the inflammation and pain.
Procedure:
Take 2.6 grams of fish oil every day.
You may also eat cold water fishes such as salmon and tuna fish as are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
NOTE:
In some people fish oil increases bruises and may cause bleeding.
Also, it interferes with certain medications so it is better to consult your doctor before taking it.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon can be used to relieve arthritis pain due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties .
Procedure:
Mix one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of honey in a cup of warm water and drink it every morning on an empty stomach.
Do this daily for several days.
You can also make a paste of cinnamon and honey and massage it gently on the painful area.
Make a Spice Rack Joint Rub
Add a little cayenne, rosemary, or thyme to ½ cup olive or vegetable oil and use it as a soothing rub. All these herbs have pain-soothing properties.
Make Your Own Capsaicin Cream
Now an over-the-counter treatment for arthritis and back pain, this old home remedy reduces levels of a compound called substance P, which transmits pain signals to the brain.
You can whip up some by mixing a few dashes of ground cayenne with 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil.
Apply it with gauze to unbroken skin at the painful joints several times a day.
The first few doses will cause a mild burning sensation, but you’ll become desensitized after a week or so.
Just keep it away from the mouth, eyes, and other mucous membranes.
Add Cloves To Your Diet
Cloves contain an anti-inflammatory chemical called eugenol that interferes with a bodily process that triggers arthritis. In one animal study, eugenol prevented the release of COX-2, a protein that spurs inflammation (the same protein that COX-2 inhibitor drugs like Celebrex target).
Cloves also contain antioxidants, which are important in slowing the cartilage and bone damage caused by arthritis. Aim for ½ to 1 teaspoon a day.
Switch Over To Spicy Food
Spices such as cayenne pepper, ginger, and turmeric contain compounds that reduce swelling and block a brain chemical that transmits pain signals.
Look up some spicy Mexican, Indian, and Thai recipes
(or keep a bottle of hot sauce on your table at all times!).
Seeds
Consuming seeds, rich in calcium can help. These will include flaxseeds, walnuts, and sesame seeds. Amla is also good for joints and bone health.
Basil
Tulsi or holy basil is known as an anti-rheumatic (joint pains) and antispasmodic (muscle spasms) agent.
It can be used externally to treat joint related ailments. Tulsi also works in relieving joint pain and pain associated with arthritis.
 Grapes
A recent study conducted by Texas Woman's University has established that daily intake of grapes can help get relief from knee pain, especially the ones triggered due to symptomatic osteoarthritis. Grapes are high on antioxidants, most importent and beneficial one being polyphenols which help in improving the flexibility and mobility of joints

Homeopathy Treatment for Arthritis

Arthritis
is an inflammation of a joint. A pain in the middle of the upper arm for instance, is not arthritis because it has no joints. Joints of the body are found on the wrists, elbows, knees, fingers, toes, hips, and shoulders. The neck and back have joints between the bones of the spine.
However, pains in the joints are not always due to arthritis. Other parts that surround the joints can cause pain such as tendons, ligaments, muscles, cartilage, and bursae.
Symptoms
Symptoms of arthritis are pain, swelling, stiffness, and deformity. Certain conditions may set off an attack of arthritis.
It may be caused from a poor diet,  an injury, tonsils, infection of the teeth or other parts of the body, exposure to cold and dampness.
There are several types of arthritis. The most common forms of arthritis are infectious arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Infectious arthritis, also called septic arthritis, is an inflammation of a joint caused by an infection of joint fluid and joint tissue produced by a bacterial invasion. It can develop by an entry of germs into the joint due to an injury, wound or skin abrasion. Infectious diseases such as gonorrhea or tuberculosis elsewhere in the body may travel from the infected area to the joints through the blood. The infected joint is painful, swollen, red, tender, and hot. The pain gets worse with movement.
Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis is the wearing and tearing away of cartilage and joint tissues in the knees, back, neck, and the last joints of each finger. It is characterized by the degeneration of cartilage and thegrowth of bumpy lumps in the joints. It is most common in people advancing into old age. It is caused by wear and tear.
Symptoms
The most common symptoms of osteoarthritis are stiffness, pain, heat, and loss of dexterity. Changes in the weather may flare up an attack.

Rheumatoid arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory and destructive disease of the joints and soft tissue. The joints, cartilage, synovial membranes, muscles, and ligaments are involved. It usually begins in middle age, and most often in women.
Symptoms
The symptoms include pain with stiffness in the joints of the hands, fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulder, feet, ankles, knees, or hips. After an attack, there may be scarring and new bone formation which cause deformities and loss of movement in the joint.
Rheumatoid arthritis may be due to an autoimmune disease or infectious agent. Rheumatoid arthritis has a point of origin in the intestine. It is caused by an over consumption of improper food, poor digestion, and a slow metabolism.
Gout
Gout is characterized by inflammation of the joints of the hands and feet especially of the big toe caused by elevated blood levels of uric acids. Gout is associated with certain foods that are rich inchemicals called purines. Purines such as eggplants, peppers, anchovies, mushrooms, tomatoes, shellfish, peanuts, and meat are transformed in the organism into uric acids.
GoutExcess uric acids in the form of urate crystals accumulate in the joints and cause pain and inflammation.
There are two forms of gout, primary gout and secondary gout.
Primary gout is linked to inherited defect in metabolism.
Secondary gout is a failure of the kidney to excrete uric acids. The kidneys are the principal organs of elimination of metabolic products. When there is an overproduction of uric acid,it reduces the kidneys ability to keep up with the elimination process. If the kidneys are unable to keep up with the overload, they will dump the urate crystals into the blood. As urate crystals travel throughout the system through the blood, they are deposited in the joints and tissues of the body.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation of the joints and soft tissue affecting children 16 years old and under.
Polyarthritic rheumatoid
Polyarthritic rheumatoid is inflammation and soft tissue swelling of many joints at the same time.
